La moda de Bilbao

In Bilbao there is a giant difference in how people dress from at home.  The women here are usually dressed up and are wearing heels and a dress.  They all wear make up, and have spent a decent amount of time on their hair.  This seems to be very common no matter the age as well.  The one thing that I do not understand though is that if you are going to spend all of this time to look nice why they can't shave their legs?  The men here have a very metrosexual style in my opinion.  Many wear suits, but those that don't are wearing jeans or nice shorts.  Athletic shorts don't seem to exist here.  The children however are the most surprising to me.  Parents seem to try to make their children look as perfect as possible.  Boys wear completely put together outfits, and girls have on nice dresses and matching shoes with their hair done.  It's not something that I would want to do if I was a parent, but to each their own.  Another big thing that I have noticed here is the hair styles.  There are so many mullets everywhere.  Along with the mullets many women have dyed their hair to the point where it looks like a wig, and many of the older ladies put purple or really fake red color in their hair.
